 Salary:R 20 000 – R25 000 CTC Neg (DOE) + Benefits

A Provider of high-end architectural furniture accessories, fabrics, textiles, and luxury homeware.

We are seeking a highly organised, analytical, and results-driven professional to oversee showroom operations, stock accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage stock takes across showrooms and warehouses
  • Analyse stock variances and implement corrective actions
  • Improve inventory controls, processes and operational efficiency
  • Conduct showroom audits and ensure policy compliance
  • Manage operational checklists and follow up on corrective actions
  • Oversee sample approvals, tracking and documentation
  • Support showroom teams with stock-control procedures
  • Maintain SOPs, operational manuals and guidelines
  • Develop strategies for discontinued, flawed and shop-soiled stock
  • Monitor clearance initiatives and report on recovery
  • Prepare operational, inventory and compliance reports

REQUIREMENTS

National Senior Certificate
• 3+ years’ retail operations, stock control or supply chain experience
• Multi-branch retail experience
• Syspro, SAGE or similar POS experience.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Retail stock-control knowledge and strong business acumen
• Operations/Supply Chain/Retail Management qualification advantageous

Occasional Saturday work may be required.

This role seeks a dynamic individual with a special blend of proficiency, operational insight, and a keen understanding of interior design to drive showroom success.
