Manfred Muellers is a culinary expert with numerous accolades, including Life-Honorary Member of the World Master Chefs Society and Life-Honorary President of both the South African Chefs Association and the Confrèrie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in Paris.

His career spans 38 years, marked by a passion for education and training development, particularly during his tenure as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Johannesburg’s School of Tourism and Hospitality.

Manfred’s expertise extends to consultancy in financial management, menu planning, and culinary studies. He has significantly impacted the culinary world through his leadership in various organisations and competitions, notably as President of the South African Chefs Association and managing national teams at the Culinary Olympics.

Manfred is a Master Human Resource Practitioner and has served as an advisory member of the following Committees:
