Requirements

• Matric certificate

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, Previous experience in luxury or retail preferred.

• Experience in stock control, merchandising, or visual merchandising is an advantage.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Personal Attributes: Exhibit a proactive, reliable, and polished professional demeanor, driven by a passion for the brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Collaboration & Communication: Work seamlessly with all teams, proactively communicating stock and visual merchandising needs to support operations, events, and peak periods.

• Skills & Competencies: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills, efficient time management, teamwork, and basic inventory knowledge, with the physical capability for stock handling

MAIN DUTIES:

Store Presentation & Visual Standards

• Ensure impeccable store presentation by maintaining all visual standards, executing merchandising updates, and proactively optimizing product displays and floor layout.

Stock Management & Replenishment

• Manage end-to-end stock processes, ensuring meticulous receiving, replenishment, organization, inventory accuracy, and compliance with all transfer, damage prevention, and packaging procedures.

Operational Excellence:

• Execute all operational procedures, maintain immaculate store and stockroom conditions, and uphold safety and company policies.
