RECEPTIONIST     High-End Luxury - Homeware Finishes & Fabrics

Location: Sandton Johannesburg 

Salary: R15 000 Neg DOE/CTC

Market Sector of high-end architectural design, Finishing fabrics, textiles, and High-End Decor. Specializing in exclusive products, directed for Architects, interior Designers, and discerning homeowners seeking sophisticated, high-quality fabrics and furnishings.

About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a professional and welcoming impression for all clients and visitors.

Your main duties will include:

• Managing a very busy reception area and switchboard.
• Providing excellent customer service and client support.
• Coordinating administration, filing, and office supplies.
• Ensuring the showroom and office equipment are well-maintained.

Essential Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate.
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans (non-negotiable).
• Minimum 4 years' receptionist experience Retail, same or related industry
• Must Have Exposure to an interior design (Qualifications) and environment
• Proven experience with switchboards and client relations.
• Computer literate in MS Office.
• Must be able to work every second Saturday (09:00 - 14:00).
