 SALARY: Salary R80 000 - R100 000 Neg (DOE)

We are seeking a Marketing Manager focused on driving global brand growth, integrating digital and in-store experiences, and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns for innovative products for a Premier manufacturer & retailer of Diamonds, Tanzanite, and precious metals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in luxury goods/jewelry/retail

• Proven track record with international brand growth

• Strong hands?on skills: SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot)

• Data?driven with experience in analytics, reporting, and budget management

• xcellent storytelling, leadership, and project management skills

Duties:

• Develop & execute a 360° global marketing strategy aligned company vision

• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, retail, e?commerce, PR, and CRM

• Drive online sales via SEO/SEM, social media, and e?commerce optimization

• Elevate brand identity and create premium content for all channels

• Implement CRM initiatives to boost customer loyalty and lifetime value

• Plan market entry strategies for new regions using data?driven insights

• Track KPIs, report to senior management, and manage the marketing budget efficiently
