Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management.

• Ensure adherence to service standards and fine dining etiquette while enhancing guest experiences.

• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow with strong organizational skills.

• Handle guest complaints professionally, maintaining exceptional communication and interpersonal relations.

• Coordinate special events and private dining experiences with attention to detail and planning skills.

• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and revenue tracking, while controlling expenses.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in front-of-house operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

• 5-7+ years of front-of-house management experience, including 2-3 years in a senior role at a high-end restaurant or luxury setting.

• Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
